Affiliates are a great way to generate extra income from your site. The premise with affiliates is that they will pay you a small percentage of any sale gererated by traffic sent to their site from your site. Commisions can vary considerably from a paltry 4% of the sale to a whopping 60% offered by some adult content affiliates per membership you generate. Different affiliates offer various techniques you can use to generate sales for them from placing banners and buttons on your site to a complete web store you can add to your site. Below you will find a list of affiliates you can easily sign up for and add to your site. Some of these affiliates will have specifically adult content (I will identify them as such) while some will have adult content simply by the fact that they carry a lot of products (like Amazon) and cannot avoid having a few products with adult content. Others (such as AllPosters) will allow you to specify the type of content you want to make available; you can have a poster store specically aimed at kids, adults, sports enthusiasts, etc. |
1stVideo.com - A rather unique video retailer in that they still do a lot of business in older formats (VHS) and used videos. If you are looking for a video affiliate to offer used and out-of-print titles to your visitors, 1stVideo will fit the bill, and they offer a higher commission than Amazon.
AllPosters.com - One of the most flexible of affiliates through the tools they offer to webmasters to link to them. From buttons and banners to a full poster store you can integrate into your site, they offer a number of tools which will fit well with your site design. You can specify banners and poster stores by subject material as well (including specifically adult content). AllPosters offers one of the highest commision rates, 20%, for any merchandise retailer.
Amazon.com - One of the first online retailers to offer an affiliate program, they call it associates, is also the largest online retailer. Even though they offer only an initial 4% commision fee, it can increase with the number of purchases made through your site, but it will reset every quarter. Amazon does, however, offer the largest line of merchandise on the web making it easy to find products which integrate well into the theme of your site. They offer banners of different sizes and for different types of merchandise, specific product links, rotating product links, and, for the advanced webmaster who can design their own PHP scripted store, you can even integrate Amazon shopping right into your site.
NewNudeCash - NewNudeCash offers several sites with which you can affiliate. These are adult only content sites offering erotic photography and video downloads. They offer a number of tools including banners, free pics, hosted galleries, videos, and more. You can easily build a site off of the free tools alone and have plenty more from where that came. Commissions are based on memberships and generally run around 50% for new sign-ups. There are other commission structures which pay less on initial sign-up but have a continuing commission on new members you sign-up verses a higher, one-time commission for the initial sign-up.
*Please Note: If you are too stupid to be able to distinguish the difference between nudity and porn, then please do not create a website. There are enough single-minded biggots littering the internet with their sites that we do not need to add any more.
RareLicensedDVDs - They offer a boatload of hard to find import DVDs, many in PAL format. If you are looking for an affiliate to offer rare titles and even unique adult content (they are the only seller of Teraz Films DVDs to offer an affiliate program) to your visitors, RareLicensedDVDs will provide you with titles you cannot find through any other affiliate. They offer a flat 5% percent commision rate. Tools include banners and specific product links. Affiliate support is above par for any retailer and is the best I have seen as they will communicate with webmasters on a person-to-person basis. The unique products they offer and the support they provide puts them at the top of my list of affiliates. [This particular list you are reading is alphabetical, so stop being a smartass.]
